Each director receives:

• Individual ratings with year-over-year comparison (if available)

Quantitative summaries in clear formats showing the degree of consensus for each attribute

Designated recipients (e.g., Governance Chairs) receive:

• Aggregated anonymized results based on raw data (not normalized)
• Detection of rater anomalies like biases or narrow-band ratings
• Min-Max normalization when rater anomalies are substantial
